Finalmente, dopo un pò di tempo, sono riuscito a far plastificare i tappetini di carta di cui trovate le foto qui, inoltre ho anche stampato e plastificato dei token, e come al solito per questo devo ringraziere Rauzes.

After a lot of time, i finally laminate the playmat that i received from japan, you will find the pictures here, but i also print and lamite some tokens, and as usually for this i have to say thanks to Ruazes.

My Last Tournament

Ciao a tutti eccomi qui a fare un breve report del torneo a cui ho partecipato ieri, utilizzando come deck una versione del cosidetto rescue cat o AKB [Arkanite Beat] come lo chiamano in molti.
Hi everybody, i am here to post a report about the tournament that i played yesterday, using a version of rescue cat deck or as know as AKB [Arkanite Beat].

Questi sono i turni di gioco:
This are the round that i played:

1 - Lightlord deck

Nel primo game io pesco una mano normale senza avere un otk, ma ho la fortuna che il mio avversario parte con una mano pessima con 3 sentinelle necro, che andando al cimitero mi rallentano un pò.
A un certo punto mi ritrovo ad avere in campo Goyo, X-saber e la Gravekeeper's Guard, e il mio avversario rimane a 4300LP, senza carte in campo e Gorz con 2 sentinelle al cimitero, attacco con X-saber e mi nega con sentinella, attacco con Goyo, ci pensa e mi dice prendo tutti i danni considerando anche la guardia, quindi va a 500 rimanenti, a questo punto mi stupisco perchè basta che sincronizzo X-saber e guardia per fare Dark Strike Fighter e chiudere il game, si era accorto dell'errore ma era troppo tardi.
Nel secondo game la situazione è abbastanza simile ma stavolta è il Sea Koala che mi fa vincere, portando a zero un Magical Android che subisce un attacco da parte di Goyo che chiude il game, evitando il problema del Gorz che il mio avversario aveva in mano.
In the first game i draw a normal hand, without cards that give me the otk, but i got some luck because my opponent start with 3 Necro Gardna in his hand, but when that cards go to the graveyerd slow my game to make some damage.
In a turn i got in my field one Goyo, an X-saber and a Gravekeeper's Guard, my opponent don't have cards on a field, 4300LP remaining and Gorz and 2 necro into the graveyard, i attack with the X-saber he remove a necro to stop the attack, i declare to attack with Goyo, my oppponent think for some second and say to me that takes all damage considering also the Guard, at this time he have 500 LP remaining, i synchro X-saber and the Guard to summon Dark Strike Fighter and close the game, and my opponent say that i didn't thought about it.
Second game the situation it is the same, but this time is the Sea Koala that give me the close of the game, because bring to 0 the attack of a Magical Android of my opponent and i attack it with my Goyo to close the game, safe me from the possible problem Gorz that he have in his hand.

Total 1-0

2 - Gladiator Deck

Primo game parto con Ondata e setto Des Koala, il mio avversario parte e evoca Equeste, attacca il Koala e prende un totale di 2200LP di danni, usa l'effetto del gladial mette Murmillo e spacca il Koala. Andando avanti nel gioco ci ritroviamo in una situazione di stallo in cui lui aveva attive spade rivelatrici, nel mio turno pesco gatto evoco e tributo per mettere 2 X-saber, sincronizzo e vinco il game.
Secondo game, il mio avversario parte male per mia fortuna, infatti mette un mostro coperto e attiva le Spade passa, ma io ho la fortuna di avere una mano perfetta, evoco specialmente Cyber Drago, attivo Mind Control sul suo Equeste evoco Summoner Monk scarto per prendere Gatto e di conseguenza 2 X-saber, alla fine ho un Arkanite con 1 segnalino (con l'altro ho distrutto le spade), un Cyber Drago e un Dark Strike Fighter, attacco e poi concludo il gioco sacrificando i mostri.
First game i start with the Cold Wave, set Des Koala, my opponent summon Equeste, attack the Koala and take 2200LP of damage, using the effects of the gladial special summon murmillo and destroy the koala. The game go to a stall situation, my opponent got a Swords of Revealing Light, but in my turn i draw Rescue cat that i summon and tribute to have 2 X-saber and Synchro to close the game.
Second Game, start my opponent with a bad hand, set a monster and play Swords of Revealing Light, but i got a great hand, i start my turn i special summon Cyber Dragon, i activate Mind Control on his Equeste, play Summoner Monk discard to got the Cat and after 2 X-saber, finally i have on the field one Arkanite with a Spell Counter (with the other i destroyed the Swords), one Cyber Dragon and Dark Strike Fighter, i attack and i close tributing the monsters.

Total 2-0

3 -Rescue Cat

Stesso mio mazzo ma il mio avversario ha una percentuale di fortuna superiore, perchè parto con una mano non bellissima, ma il mio avversario è più fortunato soprattutto perchè mi blocca con grazie a due Solenni , anche se lui rimane a 550LP riescelo stesso a chiudere il duello.
Secondo game stessa situazione parto con 1 Spia in mano e altri mostri, lui parte bene con le Spade che scoprono la spia, attivo l'effetto e evoco un'altra Spia, lui attiva brain evoca il Gale dimezza e attacca, mette l'Arkanite e passa, io pesco male e cerco di difendermi il più possibile ma riesce a concludere.
Mirror match, but my opponent have more luck than me, because i start with a bad hand, and he have 2 Solemn that stop my game, he remain with only 55oLP but can close the game.
Second game same bad situation for me i start with 1 Spy and other monsters, my opponent activate Swords of Revealing Light and i sommon another Spy with the effct of the first one, he activate Brain control take my spy summon a Gale, halving the spy on my field attack, and synchro the Arkanite, later i have some bad draw and he close the match.

Total 2-1

4 - Hopeless Dragon

Primo game pesco 5 magie e trappole evoco e setto un pò di cose, ma lui parte con un Ritorno Totale attiva Carta del Ritorno Sicuro e in pochi secondi evoca una sfilza di draghi, non riesco a distruggerli tutti e dopo qualche turno perdo il game. Il secondo game riesco a giocarlo meglio e chiudo in un turno con la coppia Goyo e Dark Strike. Terzo game pesco 6 mostri, ma il mio avversario è partito di Fusione Futura, nulla da dire a parte che vince facilmente.
First game i start with one moster and some traps and spells, i summon and set, but he stasrt with a Giant Trunade, activate Card of Safe Return and summon a lot of Dragons, i can't destroy all of them and after some turn i lost the game. The second game i can play better and i close with Goyo and Dark Strike. Third game i draw 6 monster, and my opponent start with Future Fusion, nothing to say that i win easy.

Total 2-2

5 - Burn deck

Al primo game il mio avversario parte con un mostro e una trappola settati, pesco e attiva Arma Segreta, alora penso che sia un Burn e che la carta coperta può essere un Des Koala, setto quello he posso e evoco X-saber (al momento era il mostro più grosso che avevo), attacco e scopro che avevo ragione. Dopo qualche turno che prendo danno e il mio avversario mette il gioco in stallo, riesco a sincronizzare Goyo Arkanite e Dark Strike e chiudo il game.
Nella seconda partita inizia allo stesso modo, ma con una Desincronizzazione e l'Arkanite, libero il campo e attacco per chidere il game.
First game, my opponent set a moster and a trap, when i draw he activate Secret Barrel, i think that the deck is a Burn, i set some cards a i summon an X-saber (the monster with highest attack that i had), thinking that the opponent monster is a Des Koala, i was right. After some turn that i take some damage and my opponent stall the game, i can synchro Goyo Arkanite e Dark Strike to close the game.
Second game he have the same start, but with a De-Synchro and Arkanite, i can destroy all the card that my opponent have, and attack to close the game.

Total 3-2

6 - Lightlord deck

Nel primo game iniziamo male infatti lui parte con Carta del Ritorno Sicuro, Sciocca su Wulf, Brigata prende Lumina e entra Wulf, Brigata macina Sentinella e prende Lumina, provo a ribaltare evocando un Drago Rosa Nera per liberare il campo, ma grazie al vantaggio della Carta, mi evoca 2 Judgment e chiude. Nel Secondo game per fortuna parto meglio e lui non mi mette 5 mostri in un turno, in più riesco a fare una Crush che mi porta alla vittoria. Nel terzo game partiamo alla pari nulla di particolare ma grazie a 2 Onesti chiude facilmente la partita.
First game is very bad, because my opponent start with Card of Safe Return, Foolish on Wulf, Charge of Light Brigade taking Lumina and summoning a second Wulf, another Charge sending a Necro Gardna and taking a second Lumina, in my turn i try to change something synchronizing the Black Rose Dragon, but with a lot of card he summon 2 Juidgment and close the game. In the second game i start bettre and my opponent didn't summon 5 monsters in one turn, i activate a Crush card virus and i win tha game. In the third game we start with a normal hand, but he got the luck to have 2 Honest that he used to close easely the game.

Total 3-3

Alla fine del torneo ci sono alcune note positive e alcune negative, infatti per essere la prima volta che giocavo il mazzo è andata tutto sommato abbastanza bene, anche se ci sono carte che non ho mai giocato per tutta la durata del torneo e che mi avrebbero aiutato averle nelle partite che ho perso, ho intuito che modifiche fare al mazzo e come migliorarlo per la prossima volta. Qui di seguito si trova la lista del deck con le nuove modifiche se qualcuno ha quelache idea commentate pure.
At the end of the tournament i got some positive and negative points, in fact it is the first time that i play this deck, but there are some cards that i didn't used or drew for all tounament, and in some situation that cards can be help me, i got some change to make at this deck for the next time that i play. Ciao ^^, come potrete vedere ho cambiato il layout del blog, sto lavorando e pensando altre ad altre modifiche, ma le farò appena possibile.

Visto che qui in Italia non abbiamo ancora avuto conferme su come sarà il gioco organizzato di Konami, e le uscite delle nuove serie sono purtroppo slittate, ma ho approfittato dell'uscita della RGBT in America per pensare a qualche nuovo deck basato su questa nuova serie.
Prendendo spunto da un post di Rauzes, ho provato a creare una versione Tcg del mazzo Earthbound/Zombie, ed ecco la lista:

Ciao a tutti, è un pò che non scrivo, ma sono molto occupato a lavorare su un progetto universitario che riguarda Torcs.
Hi everybody, is a lot of time that i didn't write, but i am very busy because i'm working on a university project using Torcs.

Visto che ci sono vorrei giusto descrivere brevemente che cosè Torcs e cosa riguarda il mio progetto, allora Torcs significa "The Open Racing Car Simulator", infatti è un simulatore di guida open source, potete trovare info e scaricarlo dal seguente sito Torcs .
I want to talk briefly about what is Torcs and what is the goal of my project, well Torcs stand for "The Open Racing Car Simulator", it is open source, you can find some info and download it in the following website Torcs .

Il progetto che sto realizzando riguarda lo sviluppo di una parte di un videogioco (in questo caso Torcs), che riesca ad adattare i suoi parametri in base ai valori biometrici del giocatore, migliorando e aumentando la longevità del gioco stesso.
In my project i try to build a new part of a game (in this case Torcs), that can adapt the parameters of the game using the biometric signal of the player, to improve and adapt the game.

Adesso passiamo a parlare di Yugioh, come avevo già detto ci sono stati i campionati nazionali in Italia, e all'incirca come avevo previsto la maggior parte dei deck erano Lightlord e Gladial (di seguito trovate la lista dei top 2), ma anche una buona presenza di Dad con il Monaco Evocatore.
Well spend talking about yugioh, as i said some post ago, here in Italy there was the national championship, and as what i said there was a lots of Gladial and Lightlord decks (follow you can find the top 2 decklists) , but some people start using the Dad decks with the Summoner Monk.

Al momento qui in Italia, e in tutti i paesi d'europa, stiamo attendendo l'arrivo della Konami e del nuovo stistema organizzativo per i tornei (chiamato Cossy), inoltre staimo anche aspettando la nuova serie, visto che nello scorso week-end negli Usa cè stato lo sneak preview della RGBT, ma qui è stato rimandato.
Aspetto fiducioso le novità da parte di Konami, e nell'attesa fate come me compilate il questionario della Konami per una nuova serie di ristampe chiamata Turbo Pack.
At this time here i Italy, and i think in all countries of Europe, we are waiting the arrive of Konami and the new tournament organizing system (it is called Cossy), and also we are waiting the new series, because in the last weekend in the Usa there was the sneak preview of RGBT, but here it is delayed.
I'am waiting the news from Konami, and as i do, take a minute to compile the survey of Konami that ask what cards reprint in a new set called Turbo Pack.

The games that i'm playing

Vi parlerò brevemente di quali videogiochi sto giocando attualmente, dando delle brevi valutazioni.
Today i will write about the games that i'm playing, give some valuations.

Per quanto riguarda le console attualmente sto giocando su Xbox live Call of duty world at war, per lo più partite di deathmatch a squadre, e devo dire che mi diverto molto.
Inutile dire che si tratta di un'ottimo gioco dal punto di vista grafico e dei contenuti, riproducendo fedelmente fatti ed eventi della WWII, interessante soprattutto il sistema di esperienza guadagnata giocando online, con la quale otterremmo nuove armi, abilità e quant'altro per migliorare il nostro soldato.
Starting about what i'm playing on console the first one is Call of duty world at war, usually in team deathmatch, and i like it very much.
I think that useless to say that is a very good game for is graphics and content, and you can view facts and events of WWII, very interesting the experience system that you use when play online, with this can gain new weapons, ability and some more to upgrade your soldier.

Un altro gioco che sto attualmente usando è la verione giapponese di Yugioh stardust Accellerator, l'ultima versione del gioco chiamato World championship.
Anche questa volta il gioco si suddivide in due parti, la prima è la storia dove vedremo e affronteremo molti dei personaggi della serie 5D, in più potremo provare a correre con le moto e utilizzare la modalità turbo, cioè duellare sulle moto.
La seconda parte è la versione world championship, dove come al solito affronteremo diverse intelligenze artificiali sia in normale che in tag, oppure possiamo affidare alla IA i nostri deck e vedere come si comporta.
Il gioco risulta essere abbastanza simile ai precedenti, anche se il livello di difficoltà risulta essere un pò aumentato, visto che è strettamente necessario completare la storia per ottenere una buona parte delle carte, e non a tutti i giocatori di Yugioh può piacere, comunque a mio parere risulta nel complesso un buon gioco ^^.
Another game that i play is the japanese version Yugioh Stardust Accellerator, the last version of the game that was called world championship.
Same as the last game, in this we will find two different parts, the first one is the story mode, when we can see and duel many of the characters of the 5d series, we can also try to run with the bikes and use the torbo mode, that is a duel using the bike.
The second mode is the world championship, where we can duel with a lot of AI in a single or tag duel, or we can give a deck to the AI and play with it.
This game is nearly the same of the previous, but it is more hard to play, especcialy because is necessary to complete the story to get some of the cards, and some Yugioh players might not like it, however i think it is a good game ^^.

L'ultimo gioco di cui voglio parlare oggi è Runes of Magic, un mmorpg gratuito per PC.Cosa dire penso che ormai lo sanno anche i muri che tipo di gioco sia, e a quale va ad ispirarsi (mi riferisco a World of Warcraft), quindi le uniche cose da dire sono le differenze rispetto agli altri.
La prima cosa che lo distingue è che il gioco e l'uso di esso e attualmente gratuito, infatti si può scaricare installare e usare gratuitamente, voi penserate do'è il trucco? La risposta è in alcuni equip, nella personalizzazione del gioco e nella volonta di provarlo in tutte le sue forme, infatti per utilizzare molte delle caratteristiche del gioco dovremo dar fondo alla nostra carta di credito e pagare. Bisogna però dire che il gioco non risente assolutamente di questa problematica infatti chiunque può giocare senza spendere nulla, chiaramente non si può pretendere di avere oggetti super potenti, ma ci si può divertire alla grande lo stesso, come sto facendo io ^^.

Eccomi di nuovo a parlare di Yugioh ma in questo caso voglio mettere due foto che riguardano un regalo che mi è arrivato oggi direttamente da Giappone, in particolare nella prima si vede il tappetino in carta con su il disegno del Drago Polvere di Stelle /Assalto, nell'altra si vede il tappetino del Power Tool Dragon la ultra rara/ghost della Raging Battle, la prossima serie di Yugioh.Per questo devo ringraziare Rauzes il creatore del blog chiamato Gaijin Duelist, di cui trovate il link nei miei preferiti, provate a vederlo è veramente interessante.

Parliamo oggi del metagame italiano e di che tipo di mazzi vengono attualmente utilizzati, visto che nel prossimo week-end (25-26 aprile) verranno giocati i nazionali del nostro paese.

Today i will talking about the actual metagame that we have here in Italy, seeing what type of decks we play, especially because in the next week-end (25-26 avril) there will be the national championship.

Principalmente i mazzi che si potranno vedere sono i seguenti:

The following list are the possible decks that we will see:

Lightlord e la sua variante Twilight con mostri oscurità per utilizzare il Dark Armed Dragon, questi sono i più utilizzati soprattutto in occidente vista la presenza della Carica della brigata delle luce in triplice copia, che permette di cercare i mostri all'interno del deck, ma soprattutto di velocizzare il deck per poter evocare la carta chiave del deck il Drago del giudizio.

Lightlord and the variant Twilight with more dark monster only to play the Dark Armed Dragon, those are the decks that are more played especially in the TCG type because we have the Charge of light brigade (actually not printed in the OCG), and is possible to use 3 copies of this card, that we can use to search a monster in the deck, but is also usefull to speed up the deck and for a fast summon of the key card Judgment Dragon.
Gladiatore bestia mazzo che è rientrato nel metagame grazie all'arrivo del Gladiatore bestia Samnite, un mostro bestia di livello 3 evocabile specialmente dal deck grazie al Gatto da soccorso insieme alla Tigre da laboratorio o in doppia copia a seconda dei casi.

Gladiator beast deck that is come back into the metagame, this thanks to the new Gladiator beast Samnite, a level 3 beast type monster, that is easy to special summon with the Rescue cat, with or without the Test tiger, as we need to play.
Hopeless Dragon uno dei mazzi meno giocati in occidente, ma uno dei più amati visto che si usano quasi tutti mostri di tipo drago.
Meno veloce e performante dei precedenti, ma altrettanto devastante quando entrano le carte giuste al momento giusto, basato tutto sulla nuova promo il Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon in combinazione con diversi draghi ma soprattutto della Viverna occhi rossi.

Hopeless Dragon this is one type of deck that is not played a lot in the TCG, but is the favorite one for a lot of player because with it you can play dragon type monsters.
This deck is not fast and not have the same performance of the previous decks, but is also powerfull with the right cards on the right time, all the deck is based on the new promo card the Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, combined with a lot of dragons and espaccialy with the Red-Eyes Wyvern .
Demise Otk un'altro deck rinato grazie all'ultima serie (Crisi Scarlatta), grazie all'uscita del Cannonata Nera e del Guerriero colpo oscuro, obiettivo del deck è pulire il campo con il demise evocare la Cannonata per sincronizzare il Guerriero attaccare a campo libero, e concludere con l'effetto del Guerriero.

Demise Otk another deck that is come back with the new set (Crimson Crisis), This thanks to the Black Salvo and the "partner" Dark Strike Fighter, the goal of this deck is to play the demise and detroy all cards on the field summon the black salvo to synchronizing the Dark strike fighter, attack and after use the effect of dark strike fighter to close the game.
Antimeta questo deck si basa nel controllo del campo e nel interferire con il gioco dell'avversario, normalmente si compone di una serie di controtrappole (Giudizio solenne, Corruzione oscura, ecc...), di trappole e mostri che negano le evocazioni o annullino le carte giocate dall'avversario, il tutto per porlo in difficoltà e permettereci di vincere facilmente.

Antimeta this deck is builded to control the field and to block the game of the opponent, usually is constructed with a lot of counter traps (Solemn Judgment, Dark Bribe, etc...), and also traps and monsters that stop the summoning and negate the effects of the cards played by the opponent, to bring it difficulties and easy win the game.

Oltre a questa lista ci saranno sicuramente altri tipi di deck, come ad esempio il Monarca o il Pesce oppure il mazzo Rana, e quant'altro nasca dalla fantasia dei giocatori.

There are some other types of decks that will be played, likes Monarch or Fish also the Frog decks, and some more will born from the fantasy of the players.

Patapon 2

Rieccomi a parlare un pò di videogiochi, e in questo caso scriverò una mini recensione di uno dei giochi che mi ha appassionato ultimamente per la console PSP, mi riferisco a Patapon 2.

Come suggerisce già il titolo questo è il secondo capitolo della saga dei Patapon, seguito del gioco uscito nella scorsa stagione. La storia del gioco è abbastanza semplice all'interno di esso siamo una divinità che deve condurre la popolazione dei patapon a fine terra, dove essi potranno finalmente vedere "quella cosa", in questo caso si torna a narrare la storia a partire dalla fine del primo episodio quando i patapon presero una barca per attraversare il mare.
Comunque per arrivare a completare questo scopo dovremo attraversare terre selvagge cacciando strani animale per ottenere carne e materiali utili, inoltre dovremo combattere contro mostri giganti e una popolazione avversaria che intralcerà il nostro cammino.
Detto questo arriviamo a parlare del sistema di gioco, infatti anche se siamo delle divinità non possiamo controllare direttamente i patapon ma potremo dargli dei comandi utilizzando dei tamburi speciali che troveremo nel corso del gioco, di conseguenza dovremo suonarli seguendo un ritmo prefissato e con delle sequenze differenti a seconda di che comando vogliamo che eseguano, ad esempio la sequenza PON PON PATA PON indica ai patapon di avanzare nel territorio, utilizzandole correttamente arriveremo ad ottenere lo stato chiamato FEVER che aumenta le capacità dei patapon aumentando le vostre probalità di completare la missione.
Arriviamo infine a dire quali siano le novità introdotte rispetto al capitolo precedente, beh prima di tutto la cosa che si nota subito è la presenza di un patapon speciale, l'eroe, il quale ha delle capacità particolari e un serie di abilità e accessori che lo rendono molto più forte e quasi inarrestabile, infatti ha la capacità di autorigenerarsi nel giro di pochi secondi se viene sconfitto, a meno che nel mentre non venga distrutto tutto il nostro esercito.
Altra novità la presenza di diverse "razze" di patapon infatti potremo evolvere e trasformare i nostri eserciti in diversi tipi a seconda delle nostre esigenze e delle abilità di cui abbiamo bisogno, ed ognuna delle razze può essere aumentata di livello per migliorare le proprie abilità e capacità.

In conclusione il gioco ripropone la giocabilità l'ironia e il "mistero" presenti anche nel capitolo precedente, aggiungendo novità interessanti e molto divertenti, senza intaccare lo stile di gioco, ottimo titolo per la console portatile di casa Sony, giocabile ovunque avendo delle cuffie a portata di mano.

Iniziamo a scrivere qualcosa anche sul mio gioco di carte preferito.
Come ho già scritto in precedenza sono un appassionato del gioco di carte di Yugioh, di solito seguo i tornei come judge, ma mi piace anche creare e provare nuovi deck, differenti da quelli che si usano nel metagame attuale.
La lista che trovate qui di seguito si basa sulla versione assalto dello Stardust Dragon.

Un saluto a tutti, questo è il mio primo post in questo blog.
